Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
IGLAM reserves the right to cancel or modify any order up until it is dispatched. You have the right to return any non-perishable product you purchase on our Website within 14 days after you receive the product, if you are not satisfied with the products or if it is defective upon delivery. In either case, you should contact us within the established period and we will be happy to arrange a replacement or a refund. Please note that you must notify a defective product received within 24 hours after delivery. We will only be able to process any claim after the product has been delivered to IGLAM, and these will remain your responsibility until we receive them.
If after receiving the product ordered you don’t like it, don’t need it anymore, realise you ordered the incorrect product or have found another product that serves you better, YOU CAN RETURN the product and GET A REFUND.
To be eligible for a refund based on a returned product, said product must be sealed, unopened, unused, undamaged, in its original package; and the return must be requested within 14 days after the order was placed. Refunds based on returned products will be issued after the product has been delivered to IGLAM Iglame have assessed its integrity.
In order to return a product, please contact us by email or telephone and we will assist you with your query. Products should be returned by post to the following address: Unit 6, Dean Court, Dublin 8, Ireland.
Return postage charges must be covered by the customer.
You are entitled to a refund if, and only if, the product/order is “damaged on arrival”. This policy only applies to damaged products i.e. the content and container, not the packaging. A product is considered damaged if it cannot be used due to malfunction of the container, it has expired, it contains pieces, parts or traces of a different product or any other condition that may render it hazardous, uncontainable or useless. Products damaged by incorrect use or storage conditions are not considered “damaged on arrival” and are not eligible for refund.
Refunds are issued only after the product has been assessed by IGLAM and deemed “damaged on arrival”. If you suspect that the product you received is damaged, please contact us immediately. Since some products deemed “damaged on arrival” could be recovered e.g. transferred to a new working container, we would ask you not to dispose them unless instructed or left with no option, as we could ask you to return it. Postage charges will be covered by IGLAM.
Refunds are only sent to an Irish bank account regardless of the payment method used for the purchase. Once a refund has been approved, the funds will reach your account within 3 to 5 working days depending on the bank you use.
